| Abstract: | The core value of hospital culture is a hospital in the business process of medium and long-term accumulation and formation of the unique, with core values, code of conduct, way of thinking and ethics, the construction of the core value of Chinese medicine hospital culture is an important content of enhancing core competitiveness of traditional Chinese medicine hospital, only by constantly strengthen the building of traditional Chinese medicine hospital culture core values, to improve the overall quality of the workers of hospital, show the hospital good image, enhance the hospital comprehensive strength, improve the hospital's social benefits, and promote the hospital the sound and rapid development. |
