| 摘 要： | 明中期以后，财政逐渐陷于入不敷出，并日趋加深。封建政权以加派田赋来弥补财政收入的不足，解决日益膨胀的军饷和营造费等，明王朝的统治也随之走向衰亡。

| Abstract: | During the middle and later period of the Ming Dynasty, the government 's revenue could not meet the needs of its expenditure with a worsening tendency.The feudal government increased its land tax in order to make up for the deficit and solve the problem of the increasing military and construction expenses,etc.As a result,the Ming Dynasty's ruling was on the decline and numbered. |
