| Abstract: | This paper, written from the viewpoint of human resources development in law education through open education, points out that teaching methods reform in law education must be conducive to the improvement of students' creativity and their all round quality, in order to enhance their balanced development in knowledge acquisition ability and quality. With these premises, the author designs and practices several new teaching methods. |
