大黄酚对小鼠缺氧及耐力的影响

摘    要:目的 :探讨大黄酚对小鼠缺氧及耐力的影响。方法 :采用侧脑室注射 (icv)的方法 ,观察大黄酚对小鼠缺氧及负重游泳耐力的影响。结果 :大黄酚可提高小鼠抗缺氧能力及机体耐力。结论 :大黄酚有抗常压缺氧、急性脑缺氧和提高机体耐力的作用。

Abstract:Objective: To study the effect of Chrysophanol on the hypoxia and tolerance of mice. Method: With method of ivc, we observed the effect of Chrysophanol on the hypoxia and tolerance of weight-carried swimming training for the mice. Results: The Chrysophanol could improve the anti- hypoxia and increase tolerance of mice. Conclusion: Chrysophanol had the function of anti-hypoxia and increasing tolerance.
