| 摘 要： | 对本省四所新组建高校的642位教师的压力状况进行随机抽样调查,结果表明:压力影响了教师的健康。慢性咽喉炎、胃炎和颈椎病为教师的最常见慢性病。压力来自:待遇、工作条件、考评系统(教学、科研、职称)、人际关系、个性、家庭事务等方面,其中以科研压力为新组建高校教师压力之首。

| Abstract: | In order to explore the stress situation on university teachers of four new local colleges and universities in Fujian province,we inquire 642 teachers and discover the most familiar chronic diseases in teachers are clergyman's sore throat,gastritis and cervical vertebra diseases,which indicates that the main causation to affect the teachers' health is the pressure from the emolument,the work condition,the examination system(teaching,research,title),social interaction,character,family affairs,among them research is the key causation. |
