| 摘 要： | 东北老工业基地的振兴与改造,客观上要求进一步加强东北地区内部的合作与协调.本文通过分析东北地区区域经济合作的背景以及对国外自由贸易区经验的介绍,提出了建立东北自由贸易区的阶段模式,以期为东北地区的再开发以及全国区域经济的协调发展提供有益的启示.
