摘    要:在燥矿生产过程中,各个环节都会产生大量的矿尘,而矿尘能否有效控制直接关系到矿井的安全生产和职工的身体健康,《煤矿安全规程》规定矿井必须建立完善的防尘供水系统。随着矿井综合机械化程度的提高,对矿井防尘供水压力的要求也不断提高,《规程》规定采煤机内、外喷雾压力不得小于2MPa,掘进机内、外喷雾压力不得小于3MPa。对于煤层埋藏较浅,综合机械化程度较高的矿井,靠传统的静压供水防尘系统已不能满足矿井生产的需要。随着微机控制、变频技术的不断发展,采用当代先进的微机控制技术和变频技术解决综合机械化矿井目前防尘供水系统压力不足、流量不稳定的问题,已成为势在必行的趋势。

Abstract:In the process of coal mining, each link will have a large amount of dust, and dust can effectively control is directly related to the mine production safety and the health of workers, " coal mine safety regulations " provisions of the mine must build perfect dustproof water supply system. Along with the mine comprehensive mechanization degree rise, the mine dust prevention water supply pressure requirements is also rising, " Regulations " provisions of coal mining machines, spray pressure shall not be less than 2MPa, boring machines, spray pressure shall not be less than 3MPa. For the shallow buried coal seam comprehensive mechanization, a higher degree of mine, relying on the traditional static pressure dust- proof system cannot satisfy the need of mine production. Along with the computer control, frequency'conversion teehnology unceasing development, the use of modern advanced computer control technology and frequency conversion technology to solve the comprehensive mechanized coal mine dust- proof water supply system at present insufficient pressure, flow instability problems, has become the trend of be imperative.
