| Abstract: | In the process of higher education massification,the quality view of diversity,the sustainable and harmonious development outlook,and the re-examination of the concept of elite education will help promote the development of mass higher education and realize the goal of elite education.This can be achieved only by means of deepening teaching reform,renovating training mode and strengthening quality control under the guideline of guiding the classification of colleges and universities,creating competitive environment and enhancing quality criteria. |
