我国教师继续教育的回顾与展望

摘    要:教师继续教育是在现代教师培训的基础之上发展而来的、专门致力于教师专业发展的新兴教育活动。我国的教师继续教育自20世纪70年代末开始发展,至今已经历了30多年的风雨历程。本文简要回顾了我国教师继续教育发展的历程以及现状,着重对我国教师继续教育存在的问题与弊端进行了分析,并在此基础上对我国教师继续教育的未来发展作出了展望。

Abstract:Based on the modern teacher training,the teacher continuing education has developed into an emerging educational activity which is devoted to the teacher professional development.In the 1970s it began to develop in China and has gone through an uneven road.This paper makes a brief review of the developmental course of our country's teacher continuing education,makes an analysis of its problems,and looks forward to its future.
