| 摘 要： | 通过对中职教师在职攻读硕士学位的研究现状的梳理,可以从制度设计、模式构建方面探讨设立职业技术教育硕士专业学位,并针对中职教师其理论内涵、制度实施、培养模式等构建在职攻读硕士的专门学位标准,从而进一步促进中职院校高级"双师型"师资队伍建设,找出培养高技能复合型人才的科学实施路径.

| Abstract: | By studying the status quo of teachers in secondary vocational schools Taking Ex-ecative master dcgrcc, this article makes a discussion on establishing the master degree for vocational and technical education from the view of system design and model construction. In addition, by analyzing the theoretical connotation, system implement, cultivation model, etc, this article puts forward setting up specialized degree standards so as to accelerate double-quality teaching staff construction and find scientific approaches for fostering high-technique talents. |
