也谈教育管理学的"学科体系"问题

摘    要:近几年,以"学科体系"为研究对象的教育管理学者倍受批评,作为"条块分割"模式下的教育管理学学科体系存在的合法性的确没有了,但从结构性的知识传承、发展及有效地服务并引导实践的角度看,那种基于"大教育管理观"的开放及弹性的学科体系不但有存在的必要,而且有生存的土壤.本文从历史、反思和建构的三重视度,认为教育管理学从非形式化到形式化,到体系化再到大体系是学科发展的逻辑,也是教育管理实践深化的要求.

Abstract:In recent years,the researchers on education management seeking for'discipline system'are severely criticized as if its legitimacy for existence comes to an end.The article indicates that although the legitimacy of the education management system under the planned economy has vanished,an open and flexible discipline system based on the'macro-education management notion'is necessary for the sake of knowledge continuum and development as well as providing effective service and better guidance to the practice.The article states its argument in historical,reflective,and constructive perspectives.It also suggests that it is the scientific development logic of education management from non-formalization to formalization,then from systematic to post-systematic(macro-systematic).
