| 摘 要： | 受文化、体制和认知等因素的影响,以外在形式促进教师自身内化进而提高教师专业水平的教师教育模式存在着一定的缺陷和不足,教师的自我教育在一定程度上能弥补这一缺陷和不足,吸取两者的优势并加以有效整合是解决问题的一条理想途径。

| Abstract: | Teacher education mode has some limitation and shortcoming due to the influence of culture,system and cognition factors which mainly promote teacher' internalization.To some degrees,self-education can cater to these disadvantages,absorbing and efficiently integrating the advantages of two sides is an ideal way to solve the problems. |
