| 摘 要： | 阐述了大学精神的内涵．分析了民办高校培育大学精神的重大意义在于提升民办教育品牌、凝聚师生力量、引领学校发展方向等方面。提出应从领导的治校思想、树立先进办学理念、师资队伍建设、校园文化建设、大学制度构建等方面培育大学精神。

| Abstract: | The inner contents of university spirits are explained. The magnificent meaning of cultivating spirits of Private College is analyzed as follows： to raise the brand of private higher education; to connect the strength of teachers and students; to guide the direction of school development. It is pointed out that the private college should cultivate the spirits from the following aspects： leaders＇ management thinking; advanced educating notion; construction of stuff; construction of college culture; building of college system. |
