新课改中班主任管理工作存在的问题及对策浅议

在新的基础教育课程理念中,“面向全体学生”得到了前所未有的强调,促进每一位学生的身心健康发展,满足每一位学生终身发展的需要成为新一轮课程改革最重要的价值取向。面对这样新的形势要求,抓住机遇,不断更新组织管理班集体建设的理念,就成为班主任群体的一项重要任务。论文从班主任在教育教学中的地位入手,分析了新课程改革中班主任管理工作存在的主要问题,并提出相应的改进措施。

The Problems and Countermeasures in the New Curriculum Reform of Head Teacher's Manages Work

In the new curriculum logos of foundational education,"to face every student" is emphasized unprecedentedly.To promote the development of sound and body and to satisfy the development for life of each student have turned into the most important value oriention in the new curriculum reform.Confronting the recent situation request,it becomes a very important task to grasp opportunities and update the organizational management construction of class collective of head teacher group continuously.This paper sets about the status of head teacher in the educational teaching as well as analyzes the main problems of managing work in the new curriculum reform meanwhile raises the relevant measures which mean to carry out these above-mationed assignments and propose my own ideas.
