论民族院校学生管理人本模式

民族院校的学生管理是以少数民族学生为主要管理对象，以优秀的少数民族文化为精神支点，以培养促进少数民族和民族地区的经济、社会和文化发展的专业人才为主要目的的管理。纵观全国民族院校管理现状，特别是西部落后不发达地区的民族高等院校，高校学生管理中人本管理方面还存在不少问题，人本管理模式的完善和探索是当代民族院校学生管理工作的一个现实的紧迫课题。
