论远程教育的教学质量

摘    要:随着远程教育发展模式的转变,内涵建设逐步成为远程教育改革的核心,教学质量对远程教育发展的重要性越来越受到人们的关注,但对于如何提高质量,人们尚未形成科学的共识,这在某种程度上制约了对教学质量的实践效果探索。远程教育在质量控制上采取工程方法的同时,必须克服其对人本身关注的冷漠化,而带有个性特征的作坊式的教学管理方式可以弥补质量工程方式的不足。将质量工程方法和作坊式教学管理方式有机结合起来,是解决稳步提高远程教育教学质量的有效途径。

Abstract:With the changing pattern of development of distance education,the substantial development has gradually become the core of the reform in distance education,and the idea that the teaching quality is important for the development of distance education has received more and more attention.However,a scientific consensushas not been reached on how to improve the teaching quality,which somehow hinders the exploration of practical result of teaching quality.In quality control system,the quality control of distance education must overcome the indifference of less caring about people,while the workshop-style teaching management with the characteristics of personality can make up for what the quality control system lacks.Combining the quality control system with the workshop-style teaching management is an effective method to improve the teaching quality of distance education.
