摘    要:依据中国矿业大学外文学院2007级贫困生三年度素质发展综合测评结果,动态分析素质发展测评对贫困生素质发展导向作用的发挥,提出素质测评条例要发挥以品德修养为先的基本导向,将贫困生群体培养成德才兼备、以德为先的优秀大学生群体。

Abstract:This article bases itself on the results of the comprehensive quality assessment of poverty- stricken students of 2007 in the Foreign Languages College of China Mining University. It gives a dynamic analysis of the guiding role comprehensive quality assessment plays in poverty - stricken students' development of personal qualities, and then points out that moral qualities must come first in the assessment, basic qualities must improve coordinately with developmental qualities and development must be combined with service, so these needy students can become a fine group of both integrity and competence.
