| 摘 要： | 雪莲是菊科凤毛菊属的一类多年生草本药用植物。用新疆雪莲(Saussurea involucrata KiretKar)的带花全草制成煎剂,处理小鼠并测定其部分药理效应,结果发现新疆雪莲显著提高了血红蛋白的含量(p<0.01);当快速静脉滴注雪莲煎剂时,可以明显降低动脉血压,并且随剂量的加大,降压幅度有所增加(p<0.05),而慢速滴注,则无明显的降压作用;另外,研究发现新疆雪莲还具有显著的抗缺氧效应(p<0.05)和抗疲劳效应。

| Abstract: | Sau. involucrata is a kind of precious Chinese herb. Some pharmacological effects of Sau. involucrata were studied in this experiment. The solution made from the whole body of S.Involucrata was injected into Kunming little white rats and rabbits. The results indicated that Saussurea Involucrata Kir et Kar could evidently improve the content of hemoglobion of little white rats (p<0.01) ; decreased blood pressure of the animal with fast speed injecting and had no evident effect of decreasing blood pressure with slow speed injecting; It also had evident effect on anti-oxygen-deficiency and anti-fatigue(p<0.05) . |
