摘    要:茶皂素是一类非常具有发展前景的农药助剂和生物农药,目前茶皂素的研究应用存在的关键技术问题是:工业化提纯的茶皂素成品纯度难以提高,提取成本过高;在基础理论方面,对茶皂素的构效关系、活性机理等缺乏深入研究,茶皂素价格难以与化工原料竞争,企业不愿使用。作为绿色环保产品,近年来国内外化工原料市场对茶皂素的需求量逐渐扩大,其产业化开发利用受到国家和相关地方政府的高度重视和扶植。通过浙江省重大科技专项“油茶粕生物综合利用关键技术研究与产业化”的研究,预期所取得的研究成果将为产业的发展提供重要技术支撑,将产生良好的社会经济效益。
