校地合作开放推进学习型党组织建设模式的实践探索

文章以学习型党组织建设为视角,以乐山师院与峨眉山市校地合作共创共建学习型领导班子为研究样本,通过结对、共建、互学为基本形式,积极创新学习型党组织的思路、方法,为开放化共建学习型党组织建设提供了一个新的实践模式。

A Practical Exploration of Promoting Learning-type Party Organization Based on the Cooperation and Opening Between Universities and Local Governments

Based on the sample that Leshan Normal University and the City of Mount Emei work together to build the learning-type leadership, this paper offers a new practical mode for the ideas and methods of active innovation of the learning-type party organization as well as its opening and joint construction in the basle form of twinning groups, joint construction and mutual learning from the perspective of learning-type party organization.
