| 摘 要： | 根据《学校体育工作条例》规定,体育教师服装补助费是体育教师应该享受的一项福利待遇,但《条例》执行情况并不乐观。笔者查阅了相关资料,并对陕西省部分学校进行调查,认为要保证体育教师服装补助费按时、足额发放,需要进一步明确执行的主体、健全发放监督机制、统一发放的金额与形式等。

| Abstract: | According to the school sports work regulation, sports clothing allowance is benefits that sports teachers should enjoy. However, the implementation of the regulations is not optimistic. The author referring to the relevant material, and the part of Shaanxi province school investigation, points out that sport teachers clothing allowance is issued on time. It needs to be further clear implementation of the main body, perfects supervision mechanism, unified release issued by the amount and forms, etc. |
