摘    要:教育信仰是指在对教育进行理性认识的基础上所形成的观念体系,其凝结着以教育为手段促进人的发展的精神追求与价值性关怀,并影响着教师的专业发展和职业发展以及教师具体的教育实践。在当代,教育信仰的危机是教师价值观念层面出现的最大问题。因此,解决当前教育实践的弊端,重建教师的教育信仰成为了前提性的条件。

Abstract:Education faith refers to the system of concept which is formed on the basis of rational understanding to the education.It condensation of spiritual pursuit and value care to education as a means of promoting human development.Education faith affects teachers 'professional development and career development, as well as teachers' educational practice.In contemporary, Educational crisis of faith is the biggest problem on the level of teachers' values.
