| 摘 要： | 教育信仰是指在对教育进行理性认识的基础上所形成的观念体系，其凝结着以教育为手段促进人的发展的精神追求与价值性关怀，并影响着教师的专业发展和职业发展以及教师具体的教育实践。在当代，教育信仰的危机是教师价值观念层面出现的最大问题。因此，解决当前教育实践的弊端，重建教师的教育信仰成为了前提性的条件。
