中外合作办学的多主体监管体系探索

摘    要:中外合作办学作为高等教育国际化的一种重要途径在我国发展迅速。然而,因其自身具有的特殊性导致中外合作办学出现了一些普通高等教育中少有的风险,并影响了中外合作办学的声誉与可持续发展。因而,我国宜构建包括政府、办学者和社会等多主体的监管体系,完善中外合作办学的监管与治理结构,以期推动中外合作办学实现规范办学和教育质量提升。

Abstract:As one key way of educational internationalization Chinese-Foreign educational cooperation has been developed very quickly.However Chinese-Foreign educational cooperation has taken more risks than the common educational models.These risks effect reputation and sustainable development of Chinese-Foreign educational cooperation.China should establish governance structure and multiple agents system including government,educator and society in order to push the schools to improve the education quality and formalization.
