| 摘 要： | 当前，高职毕业生在就业市场中的结构性矛盾十分突出。一方面，相当数量的高职毕业生找不到合适的岗位，另一方面，很多技术性强的岗位却虚位以待。导致这一瓶颈产生的主要原因是高职院校与用人单位的“供需错位”。因此，借助高职教育供应链视角，对链条上各结点进行优化，提高供应链的整体效能，能够有效破解高职毕业生的就业瓶颈，促进高职毕业生高质量就业。

| Abstract: | At present, the structural contradiction in the higher vocational job market is prominent. On the one hand,so many vocational graduates can not find the suitable job ,on the other hand ,some technical posts desire workers. The main reason which leads to bottleneck is the dislocation of supply and demand for vocational colleges and employers.Therefore,with perspective of supply chain,the higher vocational colleges ought to optimize each node in the chain and then improve the overall effectiveness of the supply chain ,which can not only effectively break bottleneck of vocational employment,but also promote high-quality employment for vocational graduates. |
