基于项目的信管专业人才实践创新能力培养初探

摘    要:从社会对人才实践创新能力需求出发,结合信管专业学科知识背景构建人才实践创新能力培养体系四层结构,包括基础课程实践、社会实践、综合实践项目和创新实践项目;各层实践创新能力的培养,采用基于项目的思想方法,以项目为载体依托信息系统管理项目实施过程;改进单一能力评价制度,构建了一种基于项目过程的多元化的能力评价制度。

Abstract:In the light of the social demands for talent practice innovative capability and Information Management and Information System knowledge system, we construct four-layer system structure for culturing talent practice innovative capability, including foundation courses practice, social practice, comprehensive practical projects and innovative practice projects. The implementation of the practice innovative capability at all levels is based on the project, which improves single ability evaluation system, and builds a multilateral ability evaluation system based on the process of the project.
