| Abstract: | This article, based on the frame of the New System Economics, points out that the different designs and assignments of tourism region system will crucially effect the exploitation efficiency of tourism resource, and analyzes that the current scenic spot govern structure, then puts forward some operable suggestion concerning how to design and assign the system. |
