中国城乡互动发展水平的地区差异及其变动趋势研究

本文根据城乡互动发展的内涵和作用机理构建了城乡互动发展水平评价指标体系，对中国省域1995—2004年的城乡互动发展水平进行了综合评价，并采用锡尔指数法对中国城乡互动发展水平的区域差异进行了分解，分析了其变动趋势。结果表明：近十年来，中国城乡互动发展总体水平不高；城乡互动发展水平的区域差异及其变动特征明显，地区间的差异仍是中国城乡互动发展水平差异的突出问题；地区内部城乡互动发展水平的差异也不容忽视，特别是东部地区的内部差异问题。

Research on the Regional Difference and its Changing Tendency of the Urban - Rural Interaction Development Level in China

According to the connotation and function mechanism of urban -rural interaction development, this article measured the provincial urban - rural interaction development levels of the year 1995 - 2004 in China by establishing comprehensive evaluation indicators system, and decomposed the regional difference of urban - rural interaction development levels in China by Theil index and analyzed its changing tendency. The results indicate that the whole urban - rural interaction development level is not high in the latest ten years ; the regional difference of urban - rural interaction development level and its changing tendency are very obvious. We should also pay attention to the difference of urban - rural interaction development level in the inner of every area, especially in the eastern area.
