| 摘 要： | 本文对知识创新概念进行了讨论，提出了认同创新公认概念的同时，对知识创新适当给以泛化，并提出了为知识创新的成功实现，必须对知识组织管理的旧观念进行了变革，使知识组织管理成为创新主体决策层的重要任务。
