摘    要:采用碱浸酸析的方法从红橘果皮中提取橙皮苷.通过对碱的种类、添加量、料液比、提取时间、反应体系pH值及提取温度等因素的研究,确定提取橙皮苷的最佳工艺条件为:温度在30℃,在25g的橘皮粉中加入750g蒸馏水,1.75g氢氧化钙,搅拌浸提0.5h,酸析的pH值为3,粗产品收率为4.2%.粗产品经过重结晶分离提纯,收率达到56%,产品结构经过IR鉴定.

Abstract:Hesperidin was extracted from mandarin peel by alkali leaching acid precipitation method. The Optimum process conditions were studied with base, additive amount,feed liquid ratio,time,pH and temperature. The best process condition was 30 ℃, 25 g mandarin peel, 750 g distilled water, 1.75 g calcium hydroxide, 0.5 h, pH=3. The crude product yield was 4.2%. The crude was purified by recrystallization, and the yield was 56%. The product was characterized by IR.
