| 摘 要： | 汶川大地震给羌族教育带来了毁灭性打击，如何做好教育发展新规划，抓住资源的优化使用、人事改革、发展民族特色教育等关键方面进行突破，化不利因素为有利因素，尽可能利用现有条件获得跨越式发展，成了当前羌族教育发展具有战略选择意义的问题。
