| 摘 要： | 教育是科学技术的基础，科学技术革命是推动教育现代化的源动力。在现代科技革命的推动下，20世纪教育领域出现了一个世纪现象——教育技术现代化，教育的经济功能在战后发达国家已得到充分证实，可以预言教育的大发展、大变革必将铸就21世纪的辉煌。

| Abstract: | Education is the foundation of science and technology, and scientific and technological revolution is the starting drive to push forward education modernization. Under the push, a novelty phenomenon in 20th-century education field, the modernization of education technology, has come into being. The economic functions of education have been verified by developed countries, which foretells the great development and revolution in education will inevitably bring the 21st-century glory. |
