浙江省直机关工作人员体质健康状况的调查研究

体质测试运用GMJG-IV型国民体质测定仪器采用IC卡自动测量,并由电脑对采集的数据进行分析评价,目的是研究浙江省直机关工作人员的体质现状,并提出相应的健身建议。研究结果如下:在身体形态方面,除女子乙组外,其他各组人员身体形态相对比较匀称。在身体机能方面,男女测试人员的呼吸机能中等偏上;心血管机能较差。在身体素质方面,男女甲组的下肢力量较强;男子身体的柔韧性较差;女子的握力不足;男女测试人员的身体平衡能力和反应接近良好。

Study on the Physique of the Provincial Government Employees in Zhejiang Province

The GMJG-IV machine was used to test people's physique and the relative statistics were recorded automatically by a sort of IC card.Computer was used to make analysis.The study aims to know physique condition of the provincial government employees in Zhejiang province and offer some advice on physical exercice.The results are as follows:Most of people have a good figure except women of the elderly group.All in all,they have average ability to breathe and the function of their cardiovascular system is poor.They have strong legs.It is difficult for man to extend themselves to some extent and for women to hold something tighter with hands.They have good sense of balance and response quickly.
