| Abstract: | The profound cultural resources of Tangshan history, industry and traditional region have laid the foundation for the development of cultural industry. In recent years, there is a good development environment with the flourishing of cultural undertakings, the protecting of folk culture, good opening of culture industry and the great policy supporting. To achieve the strategic target of building a culture-based city, we should continue to emancipate the ideology and renew the perceptions, adhere to policy drive, project pull, exhibition promotion and park drive strategic measures, etc. |
