| 摘 要： | 吡格列酮为噻唑烷二酮（TZDs）类降血糖药,已有的临床研究表明,吡格列酮治疗2型糖尿病患者具有良好的安全性和耐受性。总结近年来吡格列酮的前瞻性研究（PROactive）以及荟萃分析（Meta）等临床研究结果,进而客观地评估该药的临床安全性和耐受性,以保证患者用药安全。

| Abstract: | Pioglitazone falls within the thiazolidinediones（TZDs） class of hypoglycemic agents.Existing clinical studies have indicated that it is safe and has tolerability for type 2 diabete patients.The results of clinical studies in recent years including the proactive and meta ones are analyzed in the present paper for assessing the clinical safety and tolerability of the medicine and guaranteeing safe use of it in turn. |
