| 摘 要： | 清朝以少数民族入主中原，十分注重对边疆少数民族的治理。清前期所制定的边疆民族政策深入人心，富有成效。其中，“修其教不易其俗，齐其政不易其宜”、“分其势而众建之”、以“抚”为主的治理原则以覆用人策略方面都充分考虑到了多元政治文化因素的影响，这对于维护和巩固边疆地区稳定乃至多民族国家的统一起到了重要作用。

| Abstract: | The Qing Dynasty conquered the central plains with ethnic minorities as the rulers. It paid great attention to the management of frontier ethnic minorities, and as a result its policies in those areas were very popular among the people and worked good effects. The management principles and personnel strategies took into full consideration the influence of muhieuhural and political factors, which played an important part in the maintainence and stabilization of the frontier areas and more importantly the unification of a multinational country. |
