摘    要:职教来自工业。工业教育所指会随"工业"这个概念内涵的增加和减少而变化,出现本义的或窄化、宽化等多层面认知和理解。工业文化,是实体经济能力与工业精神的统一。在社会巨系统中,工业是唯一生产现代化劳动手段的部门,最具现代性、先进性。工业,不仅是国民经济的主导、实体经济的支柱,它创造先进物质的同时也创造先进性的团队和人。因此,职教引入工业文化,职教定位在先进的工业文化传统、先进工业文化管理经验和育人理念与氛围中运行,职业教育领域实践国家文化战略思维与方略的一条可行之路。

Abstract:Vocational education comes from industry.Industrial education varies with the connotation of the concept of "industry" and with the multi-faceted awareness and understanding of the original meaning,like narrowing or broadening.Industrial culture is the unity of the entity economy capacity and the industrial spirit.In the great social system,industry is the only section producing modernized labor,with modernity and advanced features.Industry is not only the predominance of the national economy,but also the backbone of the entity economy.It creates advanced materials and creates the advanced teams and individual at the same time.Therefore,if the industrial culture is introduced into vocational education,the position of vocational education operates in the advanced industrial culture and traditions,the advanced industrial and cultural management experience and the idea and atmosphere of educating students,which is a feasible way to practice national cultural perspective and strategy in the field of vocational education
