| Abstract: | Taken the example of tutor’s guiding outstanding students to apply for the patent and to make remarkable achievements in National Skills Competition,the paper elaborates the important role of the implementation of the tutorial system in some vocational colleges in establishing an effective mechanism to cultivate excellent talents,improving the teaching quality,training top-notch personnel and instructing the graduates for their employment. |
