| 摘 要： | 文章结合旅游管理学科的特征,依托旅游与酒店管理实训基地的建设现状,集中分析了旅游与酒店管理实训基地建设的重要性,总结了基地开展实践教学的内容。在分析各个实训室运行模式的基础上,提出该基地建设的思路和今后建设基地所需的保障措施。

| Abstract: | Based on the characteristics of the discipline of tourism management and the current situation of the training base of tourism and hotel management,the paper focuses on analyzing the importance of the training base construction,summarizes the content of practical teaching applied in the base.On the basis of the analysis of the operation mode of training room,the proposals are put forward as to the construction of the base and the necessary protection measures in building the base in the future. |
