“能力测量”视角下职业能力开发中的教学评价讨论

摘    要:在对能力、职业能力等基本概念进行梳理的基础之上,对"能力测量"和"教学评价"的相关理论体系进行分析,确定本研究的切入点:在职业能力开发模式的框架下,尝试用"能力测量"这一线索将其串联起来,把能力开发过程中的教学评价的理念创新和方法论探索置于具体情境下系统地观察和分析,以对"职业行动能力"的能力需求的满足程度为标尺来对其适用性进行检验。

Abstract:On the basis of sorting out the basic concepts of capacity and professional ability,the paper analyzes the relevant theoretical system of "capacity measurement" and "teaching evaluation" and determines the breakthrough point of this study: trying to combine "capacity measurement",making systematic investigation and analysis on the innovation and methodology of teaching evaluation placed in specific situations in the process of capacity development and testing its applicability with the satisfaction to the demand of "professional capacity to act" as a standard.
