| 摘 要： | 教师队伍是电大的发展之基、竞争之本。当前地市电大存在着教师数量不足、学历职称层次偏低、教师的素质及能力与现代远程开放教育的要求还不相适应、名优教师和学科带头人及"双师型"教师紧缺、专兼职教师队伍不够稳定等问题。加强地市电大教师队伍建设,应树立"以人为本"理念,完善人才培养和引进机制,健全聘任管理机制,构建科学的绩效考评机制。

| Abstract: | Teacher team is the foundation for the development and competition of local radio and TV universities. Currently in local RTVUs there has been some shortage of teachers and excellent teachers,and shortage of leading academic teachers and double-quality teachers.Some of the teachers are comparatively low in academic degrees and titles,and their quality and ability cannot meet the need of modern open and distance education.Also the team of full-time and part-time teachers is not quite stable.Therefore,it is necessary to reinforce the construction of teacher team of local RTVUs,establish a "people-oriented" concept,perfect the mechanism of talent training,employment and appointment,and set up scientific performance evaluation. |
