8所高校工程训练中心建设分析与思考

2010年3月我校成立了工程训练教学建设调研小组,对8所高校工程训练中心的建设发展情况进行了调研.分析研究了8所高校工程训练中心在管理模式、资源共享、教学管理和改革、训练内容设立、师资建设等方面的经验和特色.提出了工程训练实行以教学为中心,科研提升教学,适度兼顾经营的管理模式,有效利用各种资源,建立科学系统的工程训练教学体系,强化与专业设置、办学特色相一致的特色训练,加强师资队伍建设,是适合不同类型高校工程训练中心的一般模式,有利于工程训练教学的持续发展.

Reflections on Construction of Engineering Training Centers in Eight Universities

An investigation and survey group was established in March 2010 in Shandong University of Science and Technology.The practice of the construction of engineering training centers in eight universities was investigated by the group.The established experience and characteristics of the engineering training centers were introduced from different aspects,such as the administration mode,the resource integration,the teaching management and reform,the training content,and the construction of the team of teachers.An engineering training model suited to different universities was proposed.This model facilities the sustainable development of the engineering training center.
