| 摘 要： | 影响商业银行激励效果的因素是多方面的。建立有效的激励机制,应从五方面努力:（一）确定委托代理关系,引入市场竞争隐性激励;（二）打破工资等级制,实行行长年薪制;（三）设置岗住工资;（四）偿试股票期权激励;（五）改革费用管理体制。

| Abstract: | The talents are the decisive factor in market competition.In order to arouse the initiative and creation of commerce bank clerks,an advanced and scientific encouragement system has to be set up. The system includes:(1)bring in market competotion system;(2)break up fixed salary;(3)offer post salary; (4)try to introduce share-holder system;(5)reform expenditure management system. |
