| Abstract: | Through the analysis of the existent phenomena,forms and causes of the cadres' personnel files,the paper puts forward the improvement in files management and the promotion in scientific management tools.In order to increase the authenticity and the accuracy of the cadres' personnel files,the reform on managerial system and concrete measures is needed. |
