| 摘 要： | 以一个借助风险资本发展起来的典型科技型创业企业为案例,通过建立模型,根据熵增原理和耗散结构理论对案例企业发展的管理不协调性进行了现状分析,总结出创业企业在管理中存在的问题并提出相应的对策建议.

| Abstract: | Taking a typical tech-venture recurring to venture capital as the case,and based on the theory of entropy increasing and dissipative structure,this paper analyzed the current situation of coordination in the mentioned ventures' management via a model,summarized the existing problems for tech-ventures,and put forward some corresponding countermeasures against the existing problems. |
