| 摘 要： | 退伍士兵在美国是一个人数庞大的特殊的利益集团.美国政府在实践中探索出通过立法把向退伍士兵提供一定的资金补偿、医疗卫生保险金同职业教育训练有机地结合起来的颇具新意的做法,有效地促进了美国退伍士兵的安置工作,确保了美国退伍军人从军人向平民生活的顺利过渡.我国应借鉴美国安置退伍士兵的成功经验,要尽早颁布具有中国特色的退伍士兵权利法法案,把向退伍士兵提供一定的资金补偿和向他们提供无偿的职业教育训练结合起来,确保我国退伍士兵的安置工作健康顺利地进行.

| Abstract: | America veterans are a huge entity to attest the interests of the social economy. American government has integrated the funds of compensations, medical and health insurance and the vocational training, promoted effectively the veteran placement. The Right Bill of Veterans deserves our particular learning to ensure the job placement of our demobilized and retired veterans. |
