| 摘 要： | 作为当代青年,在欣赏老舍长篇现实主义小说《骆驼祥子》时,对在把人变成鬼的社会环境下祥子注定悲剧结局表示同情的同时,还应看到在祥子身上表现出诸多的优良品质和奋斗精神,如有理想、有奋斗目标、勤劳、诚实、自动自发的工作和对工作强烈的责任感等等,而祥子身上表现出来的优良品质和奋斗精神正是现代职场所特别强调的。
