| Abstract: | These three factors, the large scale of examinations, the rapid development of information technology, and the appearance of emergency work together and make it urgent to legislate about examinations. The legislation ofeducation examinations has beingbecome the necessity for the sound development and for the safety of education examinations. The legislation of examinations, which has already been initiated, will be the fundament for the sound development ofeducation examinations. |
