摘    要:在组织创新过程中,组织忘却是组织拆掉思维中的墙,抛弃旧知识,吸收新知识的重要一环,在推动组织创新与发展中扮演着十分重要的角色。文章总结了组织忘却的主要研究成果,明晰组织忘却的研究现状和发展趋势。本文以Web of Science作为数据主要来源,在文献计量分析的基础上,通过对国外组织忘却相关研究文献系统地梳理,整理组织忘却的定义和类型,归纳影响因素,总结管理策略。研究发现,该主题研究文献总体呈平稳增长趋势,具有跨学科研究特点,其基础理论有待进一步整合、组织忘却实践策略和方法不完善等问题有待进一步解决。未来可能通过制定新旧惯例转换机制、开展跨学科研究等方法推动组织忘却的发展。

Literature Review on Organizational Unlearning

Abstract:In the process of organizational innovation,organizational unlearning is an important part of an organization to break down the walls of thinking,discard old knowledge and absorb new knowledge.It plays a very important role in promoting organizational innovation and development.This paper summarizes the main research results of organizational unlearning,and clarifies the research status and development trend of organizational unlearning.Taking Web of Science as the main source of data,this paper systematically combs the relevant research literature of organizational unlearning in domestic and abroad,sorts out the definition and model of organizational unlearning,summarizes the influencing factors and management strategies.It is found that the overall growth trend of the research literature on this topic is stable,with the characteristics of interdisciplinary research,and its basic theories need to be further integrated,and strategies and methods for practice are not perfect.In the future,it is possible to promote the development of organizational unlearning through the establishment of new and old convention conversion mechanism and interdisciplinary research.
