摘    要:网络型研发创新组织作为一种新的组织形式,在管理研究和实际应用中均值得对其加以关注。通过梳理组织形态的变化发现,在智能网络技术的驱动下,组织边界逐渐模糊,但是也发现了其存在的问题,比如组织边界依然存在、员工岗位固定、分工明确等。本文从技术嵌入的角度出发,针对现有创新组织中存在的问题,利用智慧物联网技术,搭建一种柔性开放且自然有序的液态化创新组织,促进各成员节点自由的互动。目前我国网络创新组织的管理制度体系还不够完善,通过将区块链技术嵌入其中能够补齐管理的缺陷,有效保护网络创新组织的运行管理和各方成员的权益。

Research on the Formation Mechanism and Operation Management of the Liquid Innovation Organization Based on Blockchain

Abstract:As a new organizational form,network R&D and innovation organization deserves attention in management research and practical applications.By combing the changes in the organizational form,it was found that,driven by intelligent network technology,organizational boundaries have gradually blurred,but problems have also been found,such as the existence of organizational boundaries,fixed staff positions,clear division of labor.From the perspective of technology embedding,this article addresses the problems existing in existing innovation organizations,and uses smart Internet of Things technology to build a flexible,open,natural and orderly liquid innovation organization to promote the free interaction of member nodes.At present,the management system of China's network innovation organizations is not perfect.By embedding blockchain technology in them,they can make up for management defects and effectively protect the operation management of network innovation organizations and the rights and interests of members of all parties.
