| 摘 要： | 基于产业集群的企业跨国经营战略探索,进行产业集群的整合,建立特色园区;中小企业结合自身实力,利用集群优势应选择"跨国经营"道路;依靠政府力量壮大产业集群,为集群企业创造良好经营平台;政府加大对企业的支持力度,减少或消除经营障碍。

| Abstract: | With the further development of globalization advancement,the industrial colony has become a hot spot in the present economic geography research,and its influence on the worldeconomy is not allowed to neglect.It has brought the pro-found influence to the transnational management and vicissitude of competitive advantage in an enterprise in particular.This paper takes Jinhua city as an example,analyzes enterprises' present situation and the characteristics in transnational manage-ment in this city,and proposes the corresponding strategies on transnational management which aim at the exist questions and def iciencies. |
